Wanstead and Snaresbrook Cricket Club

The cricket committee of Wanstead and Snaresbrook Cricket Club wishes to dissociate itself from any rumour that Len Enoch, the Great Successor, is being considered as 1st XI captain for 2012.

Elections of team captains and vice-captains will be conducted at the Players' Meeting on Sunday 5 February at 2 pm.

The committee would like to make it clear that it has no objection to Arfan Akram's elevation to the captaincy of the 7th XI.
