Match report An excellent game today and the boys were always in control from the first bowl to the last even with a ten man team

The best batting display this season on a pitch with a long and slow outfield. All the top five were in the runs with Nick Arnold top scoring with 26 with excellent supporting innings from Sam Telling (22), Ahmed Saeed (18), Finlay Ferguson (19), Jayden Rising (18)

The bowlers were ruffled by a couple of the opposing batsmen but once they were dispatched back to the club house, the rest slowly followed. Everyone bowled well and economically but a special mention to Rowan Nijjar who bowled a brilliant spell with 3 for 11.

A great thanks to Sam Telling and Mohammed Ahmed who came into the team at the 11th hour (9.00am actually!) and both played a significant part in this win
