Weekend Round-Up 6 and 7 June
Champions of 2014 Chingford visited Overton Drive, encountered the evergreen Fayyaz Khan, and declined from 75-5 to 90 all out, Fayyaz taking 5 for 7. The Herons' batting was not without a scare or 7 before they won.
The 2nd XI could not force a win against Brentwood despite Mahesh Velani blocking his way to 73* off 39 balls.
Sunday's Heronettes fixture against Underhill was most disappointing: a walk-over.
